If you are unable to come, then you may have someone sign-up for you, provided that they bring the required money. Failure to register on this day with your money may exclude you from the opportunity to write math contests this school year.

Duties of teacher volunteers include:

·       Student registration and collection of money.

·       Depositing money with budget secretary (Anne) in main office.

·       Registering online before deadline. (School information is on bulletin board in math office.)

·       Booking appropriate venue(s) in advance and requesting custodial staff to set-up area as required.

·       Submitting student list to attendance secretary in main office.

·       Informing students in advance of location and time of contest.

·       Purchasing treats for students to enjoy during or after contest. (Teachers will be reimbursed.)

·       Ensuring that the contest package is complete upon delivery to BSS.

·       Checking and returning contest papers to University of Waterloo.
